L: Slightly Hazy straw gold with a small fizzy head and no lacing g on the glass.
S: Crackers malt, strong notes of grapefruit and grapefruit rind, with hints of mint and cucumber, a slight bit of green onion.
T: Crackers malt, strong notes of grapefruit and rind, notes of mint and cucumber, a little onion. Finishes very tart and dry.
F: Higher carbonation light body, it's a sipper because of its dryness.
O: This is an interesting wild ale not world class but has a lot going on.
