A- pours a cloudy golden color with a huge foamy and sudsy white head that had good retention
S- fruity and peppery yeast, toasted wheat, banana
T- toasted wheat, clove, fruity and spicy yeast, hint of banana
M- medium body with high carbonation leads to a foamy mouthfeel and a biting foamy finish
O- solid Hefeweizen with good drinkability

On draft from the local watering hole. I'm a fan of the style and I have to say I was surprised by this local beer. Not a stunner but a decent representation of the style. Good easy drinker.

Mild but tasty. If you're not wild about heavy hops, this beer is for you.
