The aroma is dark malts, roast, cocoa, and a very muted barrel character.
Really sweet up front. Chocolatey flavors hit up front giving way to a dry roast and very light barrel character.
The mouthfeel is too thin for the style, but it's really drinkable. It's great for a warmer weather BA stout. It's not super boozy and still hits most flavor notes.
Overall, it needs more time in the barrel and could use a thicker mouthfeel. Its still a good beer, and I'm impressed at this from a new brewery, but it could use some improvement.
