Purchased a 16oz Mason Jar 7-23-17 from the Craft Beer Quick Stop for $2.00. This is 50% off the which is part of their BOGO half off deal.
Beer poured dark brown with a nice tan head with the initial pour.
Nose is coffee forward with hints of lactose in the background.
Taste is a medium roasted to malt infused with coffee, with lactose coming in giving it the coffee and milk effect. Finish has enough hopping to keep the sweetness balanced.
Mouthfeel is medium bodied and fairly smooth.
Overall this is a well made milk stout that i would definitely enjoy again!
