Hazy light gold color with white cap and good lacing.
Aroma of light citrus, green melon rind, sweet almost honeyish flowers, yet with a sharp brightness.
Flavor on entry is refreshingly tart honey malt quickly joined by spicy, flowery, citrusy influences. I don't know which flavors are due to yeast or to hops but they all combine beautifully together. Individually these are distinct tastes, and none of them are very bold, yet together the whole is greater than the sum of the parts.
Light-medium texture with balancing carbonation.
Complex and sophisticated in a way we generally associate with long established European brewers. A stand alone exceptional Ale.

A: Just a beautiful hazy yellow gold with 1" foam and honey like lacing.
S: Citrus, hops, bread, floral, and honey.
T: One of the most enjoyable beers in a long time. Flavors follow the nose, super clean, fresh taste, flavors are so full but delicate, its hard to explain. Good bite but smoothness still remains.
M: Light medium
O: Just fantastic, super easy to drink, very fresh and flavors rock. This one surprised me it was so well done, cheers!

Pours a very hazy yellow with a white head. Smells of lemons, citrus, wine, and hops. Tastes of funk, tart lemons, orange zest, hops, and white wine. Medium in body and carbonation. Overall a very tasty and unique IPA.
