Had a snifter at the brewery today for $5.00
Beer poured dark brown with a solid off white head.
Nose is chocolate patent malts, nice.
Taste was chocolate malts slightly enhanced by a chocolate adjunct. Decent amount of hopping going on to lead to a nicely balanced brew.
Mouthfeel was smooth yet very nicely light.
Overall one would not know they are drinking a 9.0 abv brew as the body is so nicely light. Definitely a joy to have and a another gem from Tombstone!
