Can poured into a Mountain Rambler Brewery pint glass

A: Pours rich magenta with a fizzy pale pink head that settles out fairly quickly and leaves a little spotty lacing.

S: Mix of tart and sweet raspberries, lemony lactic tartness, crackery malt, and a touch of wheat.

T: Pleasant lemony lactic tartness, plenty of fresh raspberry, some sweet, some tart, some almost jammy notes, floral hints, crackery malt, and a faint hint of funk.

M: Light to medium body, moderate carbonation, surprisingly soft

O: Tombstone AZ is probably not the first place I'd think to look for a good raspberry beer, but I've tried a couple different raspberry Berliners and this one stands out. I think it's the softness of the body that really makes the experience reminiscent of fresh raspberries. Too much carbonation or going either too tart or too sweet would have blown it up. They struck a really nice balance here.

16oz can at bottle share. Violet pour with a pinkish head. Berries in the aroma, tartness. More berries in the taste, along with some light bready notes and a mild pucker.

Picked up a single back on 10-10-18 from the Craft Beer Hop Stop cooler for $3.49. I believe it was canned on 9-21-18. Consumed on 2-11-19...refrigerated since purchase.

Beer opened flat and poured a very small head that dissipated quickly.

Nose is fresh raspberries, very pleasant!

Taste follows the nose, fresh raspberries that lead to a mild pucker over a light malt body. Hopping and yeast strain keep the sweetness on an even keel.

Mouthfeel is light and very refreshing.

Overall another well made brew that was just right for my sour sensitive palate.
