Picked up a single from the Craft Beer Hop Stop 6-7-19 for $5.69. I believe this was born on 4-13-19; consumed on 6-27-19.
Beer poured a cloudy golden orange with a nice white head with the original pour.
Nose is very nice, tropical and citrus essence is very vibrant.
Taste is very good as well. An imperial but light malt base is hopped nicely with passion fruit, orange, and grapefruit. Finishes with a heavy duty rind; 8/10 on my bitterness scale which is bordering less pleasurable - but that is the galaxy hop for ya.
Mouthfeel is beautiful as usual, very light and refreshing despite the imperial abv.
Overall another very nice brew from Tombstone!
