This Northeast style Double IPA takes everything we love about our IPA and amplifies it, taking hop aroma to the extreme. Featuring Amarillo, Citra, and Simcoe hops, the Double IPA is one intense assault on the olfactory senses .

Super cloudy but not all the way to hazy bright yellow body with a finger of pearl white foam. Mandarin orange, peach, grapefruit, slight lemon zest and piney hops with a kiss of resin, but nothing bitter too powerfully. Taste is pretty clean despite appearances, orange is the clear star, but other flavors from nose contribute, lime zest added and more hop pine and general bitters. Not sweet or overly bitter thankfully, but not super vibrant in the sip either. Feel is bright, well balanced with the hops to body ratio, and generally medium bodied.

16oz can into a pint glass. NO freshness dating.
Looks very good in the glass. Thick and hazy orange juice colored body. Small bright white head persists in some form throughout leaving some very interesting lacing.
Quite strong tropical fruit aroma.
On tasting, it's fiercely hoppy, bitter, and the tropical fruit flavors are very forward. Quite warm in the the throat.
Mouth close to full, finish sweet, dry, and hoppy.
Overall, looks like a NE ipa, drinks like a hybrid NE/WC beer

Picked up a 32 oz growler from the Craft Beer Hop Stop 10-22-19. Consumed on 10-24-19.
Beer poured a cloudy orange with a smallish white head with the original pour.
Nose is very nice, grapefruit forward with a hint of orange and mango.
Taste is bursting forward with grapefruit, orange, mango over a pretty big malt base. Finishes with a nice old school rind and pine bitterness; 8/10 on my scale.
Mouthfeel is light bodied and way refreshing, a de-light!
Overall another wonderful beer from TBC! I like that this one is in the WCIPA flavor style!
