Earlier this year, we made two "Chasing the Dragon" beers using one of four yeast strains developed by an independent biologist to be perfect for brewing New England IPAs. We enjoyed those beers so much that we could not resist trying his other favorite of those four strains. Like before, we took our flagship IPA and used his amazing new yeast hybrid to further enhance the elegant mouthfeel and add a new dimension of tropical fruit, citrus, and peach.

A: Very bright hazy orange gold with thick foam and loads of lacing.
N: Tropical, citrus, and sweet notes are very abundant on this beer.
T: Follows the nose, very nice peach flavor with lots of tropical and citrus mixed in.
M: Very smooth and soft mouth feel, zero ABV bite.
O: A very nice beer, super easy to drink and loads of flavor.
