Picked up a four pack from the Craft Beer Hop Stop cooler 7-8-20 for $15.99. Canned 6-25-20, consumed 1st can 8-2-20.
Beer poured a pale golden with a nice white head that is leaving lacing behind.
Nose is crackers and bread with a touch of mango and papaya.
Taste follows the nose with the malt base offering a crackery bread that combines nicely with the mango and papaya, and some peppery spice. Finishes slightly sweet with a touch of rind and peppery bitterness; 5/10 on my scale.
Mouthfeel is pretty crisp and clean.
Overall an interesting beer with the use of the Strata hop.
