We brewed this lager with the goal of creating the perfect Munich Helles. Featuring the finest German Pils malt, Noble hops, and our favorite German lager yeast, it is a pale golden beer with a beautiful white head that persists. Crisp and refreshing with a soft, delicate mouthfeel, it has just enough bitterness to balance out the malty sweetness. We consider this lager to be the ultimate daily drinker!

Had on tap. Clear yellow body with a full frothy white head and tons of lacing. Bready yeast, biscuit, and floral hopped nose. Taste has some faint sweet fruit tones and grains, otherwise as the nose foretold. Pleasantly surprised that the mouthfeel isn't an ipa in disguise, actually quite bready and crisp, hops still there in a moderate nature but as much as the malts. Nice work here

Clear light straw coloration and an okay head.
Bready notes but looking for a tad more sweetness.
Sweet malt notes in the taste. Light hop balance.
Lightly balanced I agree and nice carbonation.

Picked up a 16 oz single from the Craft Beer Hop Stop cooler 9-2-20 for $3.49. Canned 8-3-20; consumed 11-3-20.
Beer poured a pale gold with a decent white head that dissipated quickly.
Nose has hints of noble hops and sweet malts.
Taste is well done with a nice sweet bread malt base that finishes with a touch of peppery hops to balance things out nicely.
Mouthfeel is light, crisp and clean finishing very refreshing.
Overall some really nice qualities with this beer. Glad i tried!
