Trade from @highdesertdrinker
Poured into a pils glass
Pours a deep dark brown with a half finger tan head that completely fades away
Rich dark malty and hoppy aroma
Taste follows as well but with a slight leather and gentle chocolate. Really well balanced all of it
Light body and easy drinking
Definitely wish I had more!

An outstanding brew. Great taste, smell, the whole works! Only a nut brown this good is befitting of the man, the myth, the legend, Buck himself. The best beer brewed in Arizona. Legend!

Picked up a single from the Craft Beer Hop Stop 10-31-20 for $3.99. Canned in October; consumed 2-16-21. Cold stored since purchase.
Beer poured brown with an okay off white head.
Nose is true to the style, nutty and malty. Reminds me of some of the beer from the 2000's that is not is kind of a lost style nowadays.
Taste is spot on, lightly roasted malts accented with a kilning that brings out the nuttiness. Finishes well balanced and clean.
Mouthfeel is light to medium bodied and fairly smooth.
Overall a nice representation of the style!
