Handsome clear amber brew with plenty of foam in the Chimay chalice. Plenty malty for the moderate ABV, not so thin, but quite bitter. This is like a "session IPA" only maltier. Not much aroma, just beery. Brewed with American Chinook and Cascade hops. Good for a few sips but not very drinkable once that bitterness gets hold of your tongue. From the 16 oz can purchased at their restaurant/bar in Phoenix area.

Nice pour, strong lasting head, pleasant amber color. Very hop forward for a pale ale.
Would be good with spicy food.
