An unusual style of beer for the US. It is a bit like a Kolsch but with a hint of berry and saison yeast. Poured clear and lightly golden with almost no head into an IPA glass from a cold 16oz can with no date. I would drink this again for sure.

Pours a very pale yellow with a nice mustache of foam in the big tulip. Aroma is wheaty and yeasty, and quite pronounced. Clean and light malty taste with a big Cream of Wheat flavor. Slightly sweet with a little dried pear to finish. Some bubble gum in the nose. Fruity and crackery aftertaste without any real bitterness, but a modest dose of yeast. From the 16 oz can purchased at the Phoenix location brewery restaurant.
