This classic West Coast IPA is crisp, refreshing, and intensely hoppy. Citrusy, tropical, and piney with a clean, dry finish, it is everything we want out of one of our favorite beer styles!

Picked up a single from the Craft Beer Hop Stop 3-20-23 for $4.24. No canning date; consumed 3-24-23.
Beer poured clear golden with a very nice white head.
Nose has hints of citrus and stone fruit hops.
Taste is a lighter malt base that allows the alpha hops to dominate, with notes of grapefruit and tangerine being very strong, with the peach being overwhelmed. Finishes brutally bitter; 10/10 on my scale.
Mouthfeel is light bodied and very refreshing.
Overall this is too unbalanced as the flavors are not melding at all. Maybe my palate is sensitive today?

Pours a clear light yellow with plenty of foam in the Chimay chalice. Sparkly mouthfeel with a little bite of astringency. Light nose of lime peel. Flavor is citrus peel with a resiny finish. The bitterness seems to grow as you sip, and it's distinctly an IPA, also kind of woody into the aftertaste. Overall this is a very drinkable sort of hoppy brew with an austere finish. From the 16 oz can purchased at the Phoenix brewery/restaurant. Not dated.
