On tap at Triphammer Bierwerks in Fairport, NY.
This one pours a hazy orange color, with a one inch head, and a good amount of lacing.
Smells like peach, tangerine, floral hops, slight perfume, pine, and lots of mango.
This is really quite nice- one of the best local IPAs that I've had. There's lots of juicy fruit flavor- a good amount of mango, peach, grapefruit, etc. There's some definite perfumy type character, probably not intended, and a slight detractor- but nothing too serious. There's a good level of bitterness, too- it's well rounded, at least hop wise- as there's barely any malt character to it.
This is medium bodied, with a pretty crisp mouthfeel, and a good level of carbonation.
This is pretty tasty, and I'm glad it came from a local brewery.
