On-draught @ The Local Taphouse, Melbourne. $11 AUD per 310ml draught pour.
5.6% ABV.
Gooseberry, stonefruit, acidic orchard peach, apricot skin, lactobacillus bacteria. Floral, acidic, smacky, tangy, and delicious. Sourness is moderately high (~6-7 out of 10 I'd say).
Just the right level of tart, finishing on a big fruity note with accompanying smacky acidity.
Has an apt golden malt backbone.
Rather well balanced. A lovely highly drinkable sour ale from Tasmania.
