Big bar with tables, small bites, tvs for sports, open space for live music and events and extra table space to chill at around back, decent style selection, good beers

Opened 3 weeks ago (mid-December, 2022), this location is still rough but holds lots of promise. I was served by the owner who obviously knew his brews extensively.
On tap were 6 beers of which 4 were not part of their annual fare. All of the offerings were decent but I’d say this place is more about atmosphere. It was already becoming the local watering hole. There was a dozen people when I arrived on a Saturday afternoon but it quickly grew to nearly 50 within an hour. Very convivial.
There are plans to brew at this location but the owner said he was waiting for the engineer’s report to get started.
In Massachusetts, all alcohol service requires some sort of food to be available. In this case, it’s literally chips. There are no plans for a kitchen.
