Clear dark, reddish brown colored body with a thin, off-white head. No lacing.
This odd beer -- brewed with mushrooms, wild rice and beef bones -- has a nice aroma ... for a soup. The flavor differs and is neither soup-like nor strikingly odd. Salty with low bitterness.
Feel: Near medium body and low carbonation; smooth.
