Appearance. This is a particularly attractive cherry and vanilla blonde ale. It is not pink but the sparkling clear amber does have a definite pinkish tint. The white head is well proportioned and admirably durable.
Aroma. Sweet vanilla with touches of cherry syrup and baked bread.
Flavor. Follows the aroma but with more acceptable (i.e., lighter) sweetness. Some bittering hops appear in the finish and aftertaste.
