Another variation of their Whiskey Go Big! - this one made with local Black Cat Coffee and some hazelnut for good measure.
I am a big lover of their Whiskey Go Big! So when a variant comes out I am all over it. This one, local coffee infused and with some hazelnut, I was excited to try. Now, at almost 12%, this was something I let age for a year - I probably could have let it age for another year or two as the smell was overpoweringly boozy - wow, was it boozy. The mouthfeel more than made up for it as it not only poured thick, like motor oil thick, but it was velvety, smooth, and thick on the tongue. Overall, it is a great bomb, very flavorful with more notes of coffee on the tongue than on the nose. If I buy another one, I will let this age for a few years...
