Surprisingly low ABV for the style but well suited for a mid-afternoon brew.
Appearance. Essentially black body with a beige head that quickly recedes to a more durable ring.
While mint is the most striking aspect of both the aroma and the flavor, it is present in moderation, with an intensity that mixes well with notes of chocolate. Coffee is clearly present in the aroma but subtle in the flavor.

Full disclosure - this is my favorite of the local brewers in my area, so I have an affinity for them, but...
...I'm not really a fan on this brew. Mint flavored brews aren't my thing, but it doesn't stop me from trying. This one, like the others I have had, I just find it a bit strange. Nonetheless, it is a decent brew, something nice to have over the holidays.
