Copenhagen 3/4 2024. 50 cl can from Kihoskh, Sønder Boulevard, Kbh. V. Bleached can with a Camp of tents snd Rivington’s cow logo.
Pours opaque hazy golden yellow with a mid-sized white head. Stable. Settles as thin, almost transparent layer of foam stretching to cover the surface of the beer. Clinging to the sides of the glass. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet odor tropical fruit mingling with zesty citrus fruit. Pineapple and peach. Orange and lemon. Dry vibe.
Light carbonation. Medium thick, oily, soft, smooth, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed and balanced by a slightly stronger bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter. Citric. Lingers for a while. Finish is rather dry.
Zesty piece of work.
