Copenhagen 27/4 2024. 50 cl can from Kihoskh, Sønder Boulevard, Kbh. V. Dark photo of a landscape with tiny lights on the can.
Pours opaque hazy yellow with mid-sized white head. Settles as thin, almost transparent layer of foam stretching to cover the surface of the beer. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is fairly intense with a sweet, fruity odor of ripe Stone fruits with a touch of perfume mingling with tart notes. Mango and peach. Roses. Citrus and lime.
Light carbonation. Medium thick, oily, soft, smooth and a bit viscous texture.
Flavor is intense with a rather strong sweetness followed and balanced by a medium strong bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter and citric. Lingering. Finish is dry.
Good stuff.
