Copenhagen 12/3 2024. 44 cl can from Kihoskh, Sønder Boulevard, Kb. V. Dark brown can with white letters and Rivington's pretty cool logo rambling a cow head.
Pours opaque dark brown with a mid-sized, frothy, off-white head. Settles as thin, almost transparent layer of foam stretching to cover the surface of the beer. Crawling up the sides of the glass. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is fairly intense with a sweet, roasted odor mingling with a distinct scent of black, bitter coffee. Dark roasted malts, toffee, licorice. Dark chocolate and coffee in abundance.
Light carbonation. Medium thick, oily, slightly viscous, soft, smooth, lightly tinging texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a light sweetness followed by a medium strong bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter and lingers for a bit. Finish is rather dry.
Solid bitter Stout with a distinct coffee touch.
