Copenhagen 1/11 2025. 50 cl can from Kihoskh, Sønder Boulevard, Kbh. S. Light blue and green can with faded picture of railing and some nature.
Pours unclear, almost hazy, golden yellow with a mid-sized white head. Stable. Settles as a thin patchy layer of foam stretching to cover the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet odor of ripe stone fruits mingling with a citrus fruit galore. Sweet peach and apricot. Citrus and lemon. Tart.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, almost flat texture.
Flavor is fairly intense with a medium strong sweetness followed and balanced by a medium strong bitterness of the citric variety. Aftertaste is bitter. Lingers for a bit. Finish is rather dry.
A bit on the flat side but well balanced NEIPA.
