Frederiksberg 26/11 2025. 40 cl from tap at Tap 21, H.C. Ørstedsvej, Frb. C.
Pours opaque hazy, golden orange with a small white head. Settles as a thin but unbroken layer of foam just covering the surface of the beer. Crawling up the sides of the glass. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a mild odor of ripe stone fruits mingling with a stronger tart scent of citrus fruit. Peach and apricot. Orange, lime and citrus.
Rather strong carbonation. Slightly thick, watery, lively and tingling texture.
Flavor is fairly intense with a light sweetness followed by a stronger bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter. Lingers for a while. Finish is quite dry.
Fine and bitter Indian Pale Ale. I wonder if they are thinking of AM or PM.
