Tasted on draft at the brewery taproom in March 2023.
L - Light copper color and perfect clarity. Tiny bubbles continuously rising into a thin sheet of white head. Sticky lacing.
S - Low aroma seems spot on for style. Bready malt with a hint of sweetness, and roasted grain at a very low level. Noble hops are evident with a low herbal or mint-like hint.
T - Gentle flavors that reflect the aromas. Very clean, crisp and drinkable, as you would hope for the style.
F - Light body and assertive carbonation lead to a dry finish with almost no aftertaste. Light to medium hops bitterness. Alcohol is just slightly warming.
O - A delicious beer created with a subtle touch that is true to the style in a way rarely accomplished by US brewers, in my experience.
