Dry hopped with a generous amount of citra hops for a balanced, citrus nose. This beer is the perfect all-day companion.

Presentation: 16 oz. can with no dates, served in a pint glass.
Appearance: The fluffy, bright white, two finger head stays around for a while and leaves behind a lot of lacing in big patches. It's a slightly hazy, straw color.
Smell: It's a faint aroma of orange peel, tangerines and a hint of flowery hops.
Taste: It's fruity with notes of orange, pineapple and peach. There's a strong-ish malt backbone there too to balance things out.
Mouthfeel: It's smooth, mildly creamy and light with medium low carbonation.
Overall: A perfectly serviceable APA. But really nothing to write home about.

Tasted in a Spiegelau IPA glass from a one pint can on July 22, 2020. A good choice if you like to support a local business making beer in an ecologically responsible way.

A middle of the road offering. Slightly hazy, yellow with orange highlights, minimal lacing. Tropical and stone fruit aroma with the taste leaning (too much?) towards a saison.
