A collaboration with Vibrant Forest Brewing. This sunset orange hazed IPA, takes a West Coast approach to the grist bill with multiple darker roasted grains then your average IPA. Throw in East Coast style yeast and brewing techniques followed by a whole host of British & American hops in the ferment and the dry-hop. This beer is deeply hazed, juicy, full flavoured with a complex bitterness to finish.

Dark amber hazy color with a thick off-white head.
Aroma with predominant notes of pine and caramel, and just some faint stone fruit.
Flavor with notes of pine, grapefruit citrusy and caramel. Dry and bitter aftertaste.
Medium velvety body with a perfect carbonation.
I liked the idea to bring together East and West, once NEIPAs started to become low bitterness juices. Though, it didn't work so well. It lacked complexity and also didn't deliver power hoppy notes. If the twist was just on malt, why bother?
