Light golden color with a thick head with medium retention.
Aroma with notes of bread, floral and citrusy hops that gives a orange-lime note and mild honey.
Flavor with notes of pilsen malt sweetness, noble floral hops (hough I still can get some citrusy, maybe because it is very young), lemon drops and just a bit of Lager yeast. Not spicy. Dry aftertaste with mild bitterness.
Pils with a very clean palate and no off-flavors. It went down nicely even after it warmed up. Very sessionable; it takes the word balance very literal, just enough hops not to hold it too sweet. I would swear it is leaning towards the new generation American Pils rather than German. It would definitely improve by doubling its hops and keeping same personality, and then it could be my preferred to go Pils in the local market.
