Light golden color with a thick thin head
Aroma with notes of banana, citrus peel, cloves, coriander and lots of yeast. It feels a bit more of Weizen rather than Wit.
Flavor with notes coriander, yeast, wheat, lemon drops, oranges and ginger. Dry aftertaste with no bitterness.
Light to watery body with appropriate carbonation.
Mild Belgian Wit with citrusy and coriander notes. Lacks some character.
