L - an hazy amber with a good white head
S - Caramel and oak
T - Too much oak, a bit of must, light herbal hop presence, nuts (mostly chestnut)
M - vivid carbonation despite the barrel aging
O - It could be great but it's unbalanced. I don't know if it's too old, if it should be age some more years or if the base beer is not that great.
Nevertheless I can only congratulate the effort to age a big beer in a local barrel, and one which was home of a great wine
