I tried this on tap at the brewery served chilled in a glass
color is golden with mild haze
the aroma is fruity with a slight sour scent
the feel is moderately tart with moderate carbonation and dry finsish
the taste is very good with slight apple-like tart yet semi-sweet element with light sweetness
This is a very good Berliner with a refreshing acidity level

On-tap at Dialogue Brewing, Albuquerque, NM
A: The beer is clear pale yellow in color and has a slight amount of visible carbonation. It poured with just a narrow collar of white bubbles around the edge of the glass and some lacing on the surface.
S: Light aromas of sourness are present in the nose.
T: The taste follows the smell and is a little sour with slight hints of biscuity malts.
M: It feels light-bodied and faintly tart on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This beer doesn't seem to be as tart and sour compared to other beers in the style.
Serving type: on-tap
