I got a can of this beer from my good friend and old neighbor from the 'Wego. It poured an opaque dark with tan head that is not leaving any lace. The scent had hints of cocoa and coconut. The taste was nicely balanced and easy to drink with subtle cocoa and coconut presence. The mouthfeel was lighter in body with good carbonation. Overall it is a good beer.

Pours a dark brown almost black color. Appears on the thin side. One finger fizzy head dissipates quickly leaving no lacing or residual head. None. Beer is opaque and shiny.
Aroma is of roasted malts, milk chocolate, vanilla, and sweet coconut.
Taste has notes of roasted malts, coconut, milk chocolate, and a nutty flavor reminiscent of unsalted peanuts. The noble hops provided a spicy peppery bitterness on the finish. Personally I was not a fan of the peppery noble hops in this beer - would have like something more like a fuggle. Comes across kind of "hot" in spite of being a lower ABV beer - again I think that is likely from those peppery hops.
Feel is light, very fizzy and spritzy. Somewhat over-carbed resulting in a masking of the flavors.
Overall, this is alright - I do like the coconut here - it avoids the great fault of so many coconut beers in not tasting like suntan lotion. However, I don't care for the peppery hops with this profile and it much too carbonated.

Tasted in a Spiegelau stout glass from a 12 fl oz can on April 4, 2018. Export style stout brewed with coconut. A decent beer but I was expecting more coconut flavors.

Canned 2/13/18; drank 4/5/18 @ the Yarchives.
Black/brown appearance.
A violent pour yielded a HUGE dark tan head (careful pouring!); almost no lace.
Peanut butter, coconut & a faint metallic note on the nose.
Creamy medium mouthfeel.
Peanut butter, coconut & root beer flavors. An odd flavor, certainly, but not unappealing.
Not an everyday brew but one I'd have again.
