Haven't had any beers from these guys and wanted to try a new brewery I don't see in the Madison area. Along with trying a new saison.
A: Poured a hazy orange with a two finger white head that lingered well.
A: white grape, lime zest, funk, apple and fruit esters.
T: pepper, funk, grape, pear, apple and some zest.
F: Lingers pretty well with a dry chalky finish as expected.
O: This is a solidly done saison and I would try more from them.
