Brewed in the tradition Marzen style. A clean, rich, toasty, and bready lager with pleasant bitterness to finish it off. Best way to consume is with friends and under a large tent. Prost!

Clear and amber, with a bit of fluffy head. Smells of sweet bread, slight nuttiness, and a flowery bit which I assume is the hops. Caramel malt with a decent bit of grassy hops and a zesty nip at the end

Dark copper color with a huge head of foam, three fingers maybe four. Drippy lacing around the glass.

Aroma is bready and nutty with a yeasty twang.

Taste is malt forward, nutty specialty malt and dark bread crusts. Phenolic clove yeast note is a little jarring and out of place, alongside a fairly moderate hop bitterness that is equally odd for the style.

Full bodied with ample carb, it's drinkable despite the off-style characteristics.

Served from the can in a Lagunitas mason jar.

Pours a clear sepia-amber topped by a finger of khaki foam. The nose comprises grass, mild dried caramel, and wheat bread. The taste brings in a sweeter bit of caramel, light graham cracker, mild orange zest, flowers, and light lawn. The body is a light medium, with a light moderate carbonation and a sorta/kinda drying finish. Rather nice little O-Fest, very drinkable.

At home in a can. Odd spice or Belgian hints.

"Best by 2/24/22"; drank 9/26/21 @ the Yarchives.

See-through golden appearance.

A rough pour yielded a HUGE, noisy khaki head (careful pouring!); decent lace.

Cereal grain, acorn & faint clove notes in the nose.

Medium thick, VERY carbonated mouthfeel.

Cereal grain & mild acorn flavors; SHARP carbonation on the finish.

This was OK, but definitely overcarbed for the style. Better luck next year?

Dark amber body with a finger of eggshell white head. Aromas of caramel malt and toast. Tastes of caramel malt and toast. Not much else there, but hey hits those two pretty well. Feel is, shockingly, malty, medium bodied, smooth but no depth even for style. A solid marzen that is slightly on the sweeter side. The wife liked it
