Clear, very dark red-russet brew with long-lasting off-white foam in the Saxo glass. Pleasant aroma of roasted malt and green vegetation. Cut grass in the nose. Light body with a creamy mouthfeel. Faintly sweet and then the dry mineral finish. Woody sensation and a distinct touch of bitterness. Overall this is quite quaffable stuff. A more complex than average Irish Red. From the 16 oz can purchased at Bottlecraft Liberty Station. Not dated.
