Fruit forward NEIPA. Not crazy but a nice drink.

The look is hard to rate. Mission accomplished for making the fugliest white washed hazy beer imaginable. I mean, it looks like straight up yeast! Having said that, I'd give it a 5 for that, or a 1 depending on how you look at it, so I went with a 4 just because. The smell is wonderful. Plenty of tropical fruit juice; melon, mango, peach. Transcends perfectly into the flavor with maybe just a hint of grapefruit pith and grassiness on the end. Feel is thick, soft, smooth, and creamy. Overall, I was pleasantly surprised by my first Kings Brewing Co. beer. The haze craze is alive, well, and CA competitive with NEIPA's like this. Cheers!

Canned 6/1/17; drank 6/23/17 @ the Yarchives.
Opaque orange appearance.
A rough pour yielded a huge white head; strong lace.
Peach, melon & faint dry grass notes in the nose.
Soft, medium mouthfeel.
Peach, melon & faint mango flavors up front; mild dry grass notes on the finish.
Fruit forward yet pleasantly mild & pretty balanced; a damn fine brew.

Why are all Kings Brewing Co beers UNDER CARBONATED!? This is NOT NE style. I am from New England, feel wise, this is bad. This is like calling Taco Bell authentic Mexican food. It's from the fermenter to the can with no carbonation in what I'm guessing is within a 10 day period, slapped on with a trendy label, marked up at a ridiculous rate, and they continue the same misleading practice. This is a money grab of a beer like the rest of their beers.

On tap at the Kings Brewing Company tasting room on 11/04/16.
A solid rendition of a hazy, juicy NE IPA.
