Using my Bruery glass, I served it at 42 degrees. The pour created a frothy and creamy light salmon-red head with poor retention. A quick dissipation left no lacing the glass. The color is like an overcooked strawberry, a pale dingy pinkish. The beer is opaque, and a few carbonation bubbles persist. The appearance is relative; a kettle sour does not have a traditional appearance, in my opinion.
Nosing the beer, I smell strawberries, vanilla, light malts, fruity sweetness, a subtle hint of chocolate, and slight floral esters.
The flavors are strawberries, chocolate, fruity sweetness, lightly toasted malts, vanilla, and slight floral essences.
The mouthfeel is creamy and smooth. The body is medium plus, has low carbonation, and finishes quickly.
A tasty beer with not much sourness. The flavors are pronounced and tasty. Good beer.

Sweet and slightly tart, Neapolitan ice cream nose on this one! Taste follows with a melted Neapolitan ice cream and slight berry tart finish. This uses each addition well...they nailed it! Great stuff!
