Beet red color, with a touch of brown. Occluded appearance. Brief lasting pinkish, brown bubbly head. Oil sheen left behind.
Aroma is mainly mint, with a background of berry fruit.
Taste is better balanced than the nose, with the strawberry and blackberry appearing in balance with the mint. Cool mouth feeling from the mint. Sweetness from the berries. Low level of sourness.
Thick mouth feel. Supportive carbonation.
The mint makes for a different tasting kettle sour, while also cooling the mouth. Sample of one.
