Mostly pale colored body with hues of honey. Creamy 1 finger head in the 4 oz taster
Aroma of cleaning products, pine, and grain.
Flavor is much too hoppy for a traditional blonde ale. Pine, evergreen, with hints of bitter citrus peel and fading dough notes.
Feel is very crisp. Not particularly clean though.
Worst one of our flight unfortunately. Neither one of us wanted to finish it. The 100 Daze IPA had less perceptible bitterness. For a Blonde Ale I think a lot of folks will be dismayed at the amount of perceived bitterness.
