Big Stump’s Flagship Hazy IPA. Additions of un-malted flaked wheat and red wheat add a pillowy mouth feel while the Mosaic dominant dry hop contributes lush tropical notes.

Don't recognize the label so probably had on tap somewhere. My list shows just this one beer from this brewery. Gave it really high marks so must have been really good.

This was a beer we picked up a 4 pack of at the brewery. Pours a hazy yellow, this is full on haze bordering on chicken gravy territory. Should totally change the classification here to hazy ipa. Anyways, it had about 1/2" of white head on the top of it. I'm not a big fan of hazy appearances, but for what its worth, this looked the part. Aroma was a mixture of the sweeter fruits, melon, tropical, tangerine all familiar to the Mosaic hops dankness strain.
Taste was easy, tons of flaked wheat to this one. Provides slight levity, but really constrains the perceptability of the alcohol in here. You can pound this and wait for the effects without any resistance. It looks thick, but no, its actually a relatively light body. The hops continue to push that nice balance of slight bitterness, big juiciness and a hint of sweetness.
My only exposure before this trip was a terrible sour of theirs. This and the pilsner show me that this brewery is good at a range of stuff. Would bang again. I think the cost is below average too from what I recall.

Canned 3/23/19
L: murky yellow. 2 fingers of a bubbly white cap that retained quite nicely. Heaps of residual lacing.
S: Peach, melon, bubble gum and lemongrass. Smells juicy.
T: A great amount of peach, apricot and bubble gum/pink starburst flavor coming through. Notes of grass and mild pine on the finish. A good tasting offering.
F: Medium in body, light to medium in weight. Soft feel but perhaps a touch over carbonated giving a faux thin feel.
O: An enjoyable and juicy offering. My first brew from Big Stump, and I would be keen to try more. I am very grateful to have tried. Cheers!

There is a peach and slight dank hoppiness on the nose on this one. Taste sorta follows, but is a little thin on the finish. The lack of depth and mouthfeel and the grapefruit bitter notes at the end make the swallow not feel quite right on the palate. It does settle down and gets better as it warms.
