This sour beer is fermented with peaches and apricots by our new blend of Brett, which produces a fruity, pleasantly funky, and complex blend of flavors. Tart and refreshing.

A: The beer is hazy light yellow in color and has a slight amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a thin white collar around the edge of the glass.
S: Moderate aromas of sourness are present in the nose along with hints of peaches.
T: The taste is a little sour and has flavors of peaches.
M: It feels light- to medium-bodied and a little tart on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This beer is light and refreshing and isn't overly sour. It is very easy to drink, especially for someone as an introduction to sours.
