On-tap at Big Stump Brewing Company, Sacramento, CA
A: The beer is hazy light yellow in color. It poured with a quarter finger high bright white head that left just a thin collar around the edge of the glass.
S: Moderate aromas of guava fruit are present in the nose.
T: The taste follows the smell and has lots of guava flavors along with hints of passionfruit and sourness.
M: It feels light- to medium-bodied on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This beer is very tropical and tastes more like a cocktail from the Caribbean than a sour. It is a good beer for a Friday after work.
