On-tap at Big Stump Brewing Company, Sacramento, CA
A: The beer is crystal clear light yellow in color and has no visible carbonation. It poured with a quarter finger high bright white head that left a narrow collar around the edge of the glass.
S: Light aromas of sourness are present in the nose along with notes of Chardonnay and hints of mangos, the latter of which become stronger as the beer warms up.
T: The taste is sour and has notes of Chardonnay and hints of mango.
M: It feels light- to medium-bodied and slightly tart on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This beer isn't that sour and has nice notes of Chardonnay flavors. The mango adds a little complexity.
