Our second take on the pastry stout craze! We mash over 1,000 lbs of grain for this monster with the base malt consisting entirely of Maris Otter Heirloom Malt from the UK. Dark, decadent, and deep - this huge ABV beer layers complex notes of toasted coconut, cold brew coffee, and vanilla.

A: The beer is jet black in color. It poured with a light tan collar around the edge of the glass.
S: Moderate aromas of vanilla beans are present in the nose along with hints of coconut.
T: The taste has flavors of vanilla beans along with notes of coffee beans and hints of toasted coconut.
M: It feels medium- to full-bodied on the palate and has a moderate amount of carbonation.
