Drawing upon Belgian mixed fermentation techniques, Capulet's Orchard features an innovative blend of souring microbes and yeasts. This fruity American Sour is fermented with more than 150 pounds of raspberries per batch and then conditioned on top or rose hips, the fruit of the rose plant.
