An easy pour from a 16-oz. can creates a finger of egg-shell white creamy froth that slowly turns rocky. Long retention and irregular spots of lace. The color is between apricot and straw, very cloudy. A cap and ring last to the end.

The smell features wheat bread and dough, wheat thins and faint citrus, these follow to the taste.

Semi-sweet and mildly bitter at first, cracker and toasted bread replace bread and dough as the citrus flavor reveals itself as orange/lemon juice and zest. The finish is neutral as bitterness increases to above average. Floral hop flavor is added. The finish is quick and clean A faint peppery spice bite lingers.

Medium body supported by soft and abundant carbonation. Smooth with a little gritty grain at the end.

Warms well, alcohol is hard to detect. Great feel, soft and malty rich.

16 oz can. 5.5 abv
pours straw colored with a 1 finger fluffy white head
Aroma was of yeast, malt and baked bread, it was a bit off putting to be honest. I didn’t have much hope that I’d like it
Taste had notes of floral, citrus malt and a slight dankness
Mouthfeel was smooth and crisp with a lingering malty baked bread finish But very light tasting and slightly sticky
Overall I liked the smoothness and refreshing aspects of this very drinkable beer. Makes an excellent lawnmower beer.

Crowler filled today

Decent rich creamy thick and still frothy 1/2 finger head that fades at a med pace, nice sticky lacing, super murky blond orange color.

Nose lots of creamy wheat, cream of wheat cereal and porridge, a hint of lemony orange citrus aroma, light toasted wheat and malt note, light fruity esters.

Taste typical wheat beer, lots of creamy wheat, toasted grain and cracked wheat, creamy porridge almost but not quite cream of corn but not in a bad way, faint fruity esters, a touch of a banana like note, into faint citrus rind again, a little orange juice, touch of bitterness, plenty of juicy wheat and some fruity flavors while still very light and refreshing. Dry finish brings a bit more spicy hop bitterness, just a touch spicy but more orange rind and grassy notes.

Mouth is med to lighter bod but still full enough and creamy, lighter but decent carb, some of these crowlers are a bit light on the carbonation.

Overall pretty nice, plenty of flavor for a light wheat beer, nothing over the top in any of the wrong directions, very refreshing but plenty of character and not too light that I still feel like I'm drinking a nice beer. I could easily see pounding back a few of these during a marathon.
